Custom Foot Orthotics
Affordable custom foot orthotics are prescription, individually tailored shoe inserts designed to stabilize your joints, alleviate chronic foot pain, and correct unique biomechanical imbalances.
Broken Bones & Foot Surgery
Broken bones in the foot should be stabilized and treated as soon as possible. We understand this and offer treatment, including foot surgery, in such cases.
Children’s Foot Disorders
Children’s foot disorders range from normal developmental stages to congenital or sports-related issues. While many resolve naturally, persistent pain, limping, or difficulty keeping up with peers warrant evaluation. Common issues include flat feet, in-toeing, Sever's disease (heel pain), and plantar warts.
Diabetic Foot Care
For those with diabetes, foot care requires daily attention to prevent serious infections and complications. Wash feet daily with warm (not hot) water, dry thoroughly—especially between the toes—and moisturize the tops and bottoms, avoiding the spaces between toes. Never go barefoot, and always inspect shoes and feet for injuries. Regular checkups by a podiatrist are also recommended.
Elderly Foot Care
Elderly foot care involves daily inspection, gentle cleansing, and proper moisturizing to prevent cracks and infections. It requires wearing well-fitting shoes, careful nail trimming, and consulting specialists for conditions like diabetes or restricted mobility.
Heel Pain Treatment
Effective heel pain treatment typically starts with at-home care, including resting the foot, applying ice packs, stretching tight calf muscles and the plantar fascia, and wearing supportive footwear with good arch support. Avoid walking barefoot or using flat shoes to prevent further strain.
Ingrown Toenails
An ingrown toenail occurs when the side or corner of a nail grows into the surrounding soft flesh. It causes pain, redness, swelling, and potential infection. You can usually treat mild cases at home with warm water soaks, but severe pain or infection requires professional care.
Warts & Bunions
Warts and bunions are two very common, entirely different foot conditions. Plantar warts are contagious viral growths caused by HPV, while bunions are structural bone deformities at the base of your big toe.
